Kathy received her law degree from the University of Alberta Law School in 2013 and was called to the bar in 2014. She founded her own practice in 2016, specializing in family law, wills, and estates. In 2018, she entered into a partnership which grew into a successful small firm, and in 2023, she started Pathways Law.

Kathy is an experienced lawyer who has appeared in the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of King's Bench. In law school, she was a member of the U of A Laskin Moot Team, which took top spot in the prestigious national bilingual moot competition in 2013. She was french-speaking member for the team.

Kathy has a passion for helping people through challenging times. With a strong background in customer service and driven by a strong desire to help people, Kathy understands the importance of client engagement, open communication, and accountability. Understanding people, their families, and personal circumstances plays an integral role in all aspects of her practice. She believes that litigation is not the best way to resolve family disputes. Rather, she prefers to focus on problem-solving, identifying interests, and setting goals to help families find a healthy path forward.

When she is not working, Kathy enjoys singing, gardening, biking, hiking, and traveling. She is also the mother of two young children.
